I've been fangirling all over Neil Patrick Harris lately. Among others of course, I mean some things never change. But I'm just all over him as of now.

The hair, the voice, the attitude, it all works for me. In the wise words of my good friend Ashley, "Why do all the guys I like have to be gay?"

I have to admit, I've never gone through this but in the case of Neil, I have to be angry. I love him. I attached a video of him closing the Tony Awards because it will continue to be brilliant The golden globes line gets me every time. Not to mention that Barney is to How I Met Your Mother, as Chuck is to Gossip Girl. Totally shameful but you love it.

We Win!

Matthew Morrison publicly stated that he was "mistaken" for a gay man for most of his life, therefore confirming that he is indeed a straight man. Win!

We can all agree that we will probably loose Anderson Cooper to the gays, and I'm so jealous I could spit, but if we get Morrison it would be a hell of a consolation prize, don't you think?

Not mention I've never seen Anderson sing or dance, and while he is enough for me, Matthew might have to win out in this case.

Jay-Z performed "Empire State of Mind" at the Yankees world series game last night. Love the song love the performance. My favorite part however, the shots of the teams. Apparently baseball players all have the same move, bobbing the head.

Dress Lust

I finally bought another dress. Thank goodness! I have a thing for dresses...well clothes really but dresses and shoes especially.

I love this dress. I am not that big of a fan of Reese Witherspoon. I think she's cute and I always enjoy Sweet Home Alabama but other then that I've kind of gotten over her. She looks fantastic and she's been filming a lot maybe she'll make a comeback.

The shoes though. This outfit doesn't work and it's upsetting. The shoes make the difference. Still love the dress though.

Genes We All Want

Jude Law's children are destined to be attractive. That much is basic knowledge, this picture confirms it. Its the hair, non? The wave is perfectly quaffed.

I kind of love that all three boys look just the same and wearing kind of the same outfit. It makes you wonder what they think about having Jude Law for a father. I would bet he's a pretty good one but that's because he makes a great Mr. Napkinhead.

Also, the sweater which his elder son is wearing has an emblem. I want that sweater!

The Second Coming

So it was suggested by popYEAH! that Suri Cruise was the new me, based on this photo. I do have a thing for my red toms and cupcakes are my jam!

But anyway, I have go to say while the parents are on the crazy side, the daughter is adorable. And I am totally honored to have a new me. Usually I don't like to be replaced but I'll give it to her.

I love this picture though. She looks so old and so cute. The dress is to die for, and she looks better in heels then most woman. Just saying...

Pretty Anne

Anne Hathaway was honored at the Empire State Pride Agenda Fall Dinner in New York this past week for her support of the LGBT community.

She looks amazing. It's bananas! Remember when she was young and awkward a.k.a in The Princess Diaries. Anne is brilliant, and works with the greats because of it. Julie Andrews and Meryl Streep. My heros! Thank goodness Anne is worthy.

I Do Believe In Fairies!

This is hideous. Both the person and the dress. I really really dislike Sienna Miller. I also dislike that people think she has talent. She's doing a show on Broadway right now. I'm pretty sure I know more people in my theatre department who are more talented.

It's really sad because I absolutely love her co-star Johnny Lee Miller. Love him to death. But she ruins it for me.

Emily Blunt is worthy. She is beautiful and not annoying and talented and I love her. She deserves John. John deserves a great girl.

I love this dress...what else is new right? But this is the kind of woman that everyone woman should want to be. Classy, intelligent, and funny. The trifecta.

So the other Clare, who my is my stage manager for the show which is keeping me from posting has some great connections...her boyfriend Brandon goes to Pace University which may be familiar to some of you (ehem...Courtney and Theo) because it serves as the backdrop for Inside the Actors Studio. Hosted by the wonderful James Lipton, the man is brilliant...

I love this show and I have favorite episodes don't judge me. Anyway we spent a good amount of time searching for him in an episode and found him. The episode is Conan O'Briens and he is sitting in the front row...jealous. Fast forward to the 2:15 mark and take a look at the cutie in the black shirt. That's Brandon...

Girl Crushing

Leighton Meester might be my ultimate girl crush. I mean the girl is stunning but she is also amazing. And you know how i know that...because she gets Sebastian. You know how I swoon for Sebastian Stan. I wonder if she even swooned.

But anyway. I love Leighton because she is young and beautiful and has the best clothes. I just want to be friends with her and I'll just drool over her boyfriend. It would be a completely non-sensical relationship and I would love every minute of it.

You Look Familiar

Rob Kardashian was spotted getting a manicure earlier this week.

This I do not have a problem with. I do have a problem with it when you go to get your hair cut or your nails done(which I never do) and the place in empty. It's just like picking a restaurant. Are you going to eat a restaurant that is practically empty? Only if you know it will be worth it. But it still makes you uncomfortable.

The only thing that I saw when I looked at this though was the striking resemblance to one of my bosses. Well kind of bosses. No names just initials. MP. That's all. But it freaked me out hard core.

Dave Annabele is sexy. Very very sexy. Back in the day when I had time to do things like watch television I watched Brothers and Sisters. It is a great show and I mean come on with that cast more people should be watching it.

I will watch anything with Rob Lowe really. He will always be a hunk, even if it isn't the 80's. But Dave Annabele saves that show sometimes. He is a good guy who just always looks good. And I eat it up.

Hilary Duff on Gossip Girl last night. Love, love, loved her. She looked adorable and I have always like her. But she pulls off gossip girl better then Blake. The only thing missing from the episode was Carter, Sebastian always does it for me. I needed a nice swoon...

Anyway, Hilary was brilliant and they styled her really really well. The only thing that I despise about Gossip Girl is usually the clothes. Especially during the winter. I live in Chicago and I would venture a guess as to say that it gets to be just as cold in New York as here. During the winter, clothes go out the window.

Function is key. Layers are key. Not for Gossip Girl though. Never. Why wear boots when you can wear heels right?

I have to admit though, love her top.

Ugly Betty has been taping in the resort Atlantis for an upcoming episode. I have always wanted to go there, admittedly ever since Holiday in the Sun with Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen. That movie was money for the Atlantis.

All I can think of when I see this picture is how has she not fallen? It makes me nervous for America. That was funny...

That's a little risky if you ask me. Not to mention that the season premiere has been pushed back almost a full three weeks. What's troubling Betty? Lets hope it doesn't continue.

Battle Royale!

I always forget about Justin Long. He showed up at all of girlfriend Drew Barrymore's premiere for Whip It. He looks dashing. I love him in the grey suit, with that pop of red tie. I mean he is just adorable. And he is funny. He is another one of those good guys. The ones who support you in everything.

I popped in Accepted the other night and relived its brilliance. That's the movie where you ask yourself why college doesn't have a giant white board with all the classes written on it. I want to take bumper stickers too!

I watched with a bunch of my friends including some first timers. That movie is addicting. So many gems you catch a new one every time.

I love Rachel. I love her. I am even willing to love Hayden because I love her. That's big freaking deal. I hardly ever agree to love someone just for their significant other. It rarely happens.

Sorry for the long absence bloggers. Many busy days not too much striking gossip. But there is nothing better to return to then one of my favorites, Kristen Bell. I love Kristen because she will always be Veronica. It crushed me to read that she might be headed down the dark road.

Milo Ventimiglia will always be a love of mine. I cannot help that Dean was a whiny bastard and Jess was a hot literary buff. Not even a competition.

I do not approve of his taste in younger women...unless that woman is me. I am oh so glad that he and Hayden Panettiere broke up, it was almost rude.

Couple Crush

So I get friend crushes, and since I have one on both Amanda Seyfried and Dominic Cooper I now have a couple crush.

I love these two. It is obvious that they have chemistry, and I wanted Dominic hard core during "Mamma Mia!" When he breaks into Lay All Your Love On Me I died. I could have crumpled to the floor at that moment. And now that I've mentioned it, I do gasp every time it happens.

I just feel as if I would get along with them, and maybe be jealous of their relationship.

I have no idea where they met, but they go on double dates! I would kill, literally kill to sit in on that double date. Chris and Gwen were actually present at the wedding of Jay and B. You know what that means? They've known each other a long long time...Curious!

Sick Individuals

John Travolta testified today against two people accused of blackmailing him with private information on his son, Jet's death.

What kind of people do this to a grieving dad? Awful awful people. Today was John's first formal confirmation that his son had a form of autism. He confirmed that his son suffered from seizures, it wasn't uncommon.

I love John Travolta. When his son tragically died I couldn't even process it. But no one should ever take advantage of you, especially in such a time.

My Favorite Jen

I am not a Jennifer Aniston fan. I never have been. Jennifer Garner on the other hand I am a big fan of. She is a classy funny girl who can pull off most parts.

She's cute. She seems young. She doesn't act old she's a kid at heart and you can tell. I can only imagine what home with Ben Affleck is like with the two of them together I'm sure it's hysterical. I love that she plays with Jay.

It Gives Me Hope

Every once in while I just need a story to make me feel like there is hope. Here is a video that I needed this morning.

Freshman running back Matt Ziesel scored a touchdown in the big rival football game. Matt has down syndrome and has spent the entire season on the bench. The team was going to be shut out in a 46-0 game but the coaches and teams cooperated to give this 15 year old an amazing memory.

I know that in my high school a rival game was not about mercy. But this game was one for the books.

The Pretty Oh

Sandra Oh glows. It must be her skin or something, all I know is she always look amazing, and she rarely gets the credit for it.

Last night at the Emmy's, she was nominated but I think it was understood that the academy wasn't going to give her a supporting nod for Grey's Anatomy. Not to say that it isn't good television but it's not really award winning. Or it shouldn't be at least.

I love Neil Patrick Harris. And every time I see him I fall more in love with him then remember his boyfriend is cuter then me...hey, at least I can admit it.

He was amazing last night hosting the Emmy's. Lets be honest here he saved the Emmy's last night. There is only so far you can go with the television crowd. I mean the Tony's hosted by him were one of the highlights of my summer.

Only Neil can pull off the white jacket. He has style and he knows how to work it. If you're going to wear it you need to rock it, and he rocked it.

Empire State of Mind

I have a thing for Jay-Z. Leave me alone. I know that people don't understand it when I say this, but I just look at him and am immediately attracted.

He is also Beyonce's Husband. And I love Beyonce. Beyonce is worthy of Jay. So she gets to have him. I won't complain about her because she is brilliant and talented and sings live. It shouldn't be such a big deal that she sings live but did you see the VMA "Single Ladies" performance? It was bananas!

As was Jay's performance. I love that he is too cool to even be present for the awards. He just shows up to close the show and it's fine. He can do it. I love it

I cried earlier when I saw this video on Perez. This is why I love them. They are low key, not ever in my face, but they do good deeds. Did you hear about Jay's benefit performance for 9/11? He sold out Madison Square garden for cheap tickets to benefit those who couldn't normally see him preform. He was pissed because scalpers were buying all the tickets and reselling them for jacked up prices. And my heart was won...

Glowing

I will admit to loving the original Laguna Beach. I will completely own up to it. And you know why? Because it was highly entertaining. It still is highly entertaining. But don't watch it too long, you start to talk like them.

Anyway, my point is that I never had a problem with Lauren Conrad. She has made bank on being herself, and yes I do believe she is herself. No I don't believe that everything that happened was real but I liked her in general.

She looks amazing. She looks naturally pretty here. Who knows if she really looks like this in real life but the green and the hair. She looks great.

Good Taste?

I am refusing to believe that these two enjoy tennis. In New York when the US Open is in town it's just another event. I would kill to be at the US Open.

I love tennis and I grew up around it. I've only ever see women play lie though and I will say seeing Venus Williams play tennis is amazing. But I am having a very hard time believe that Blake and Penn watch tennis at any point throughout the year.

I will admit I could be wrong about this, but I am pretty sure I'm not. This is so annoying.

Wimbeldon is on my list though. I will go. I must go!

We Need More Amanda's

Here is Amanda Seyfried at the Hot Topic event for the premiere of "Jennifer's Body."

I love Amanda. I have loved her since she was Lily on "Veronica Mars", one of my favorite shows. I love Amanda so much that I forgive her for starring in a movie with Megan Fox, just like I forgive Shia.

I hate Megan Fox. Not only because I don't understand why she is attractive but she's an idiot and annoying and she makes me ashamed to e a woman. That's right. I pulled the woman card.

But really people, look at the girl. She just gives the air of kindness. And she is beautiful. Why s it that men will lust over Megan but gloss over the gorgeous Amanda? Ugh...

The Jesuits did it first...

So for anyone who hasn't seen it yet, this is the largest flash mob ever! Oprah shut down half of Michigan Avenue for two days to have her premiere episode outside and thousands of people showed up. I was in class so I didn't get to go but I know lots of people who went.

The had a rehearsal and Oprah had no idea about it. Which might be the best part.

The other best part? Last week for school on the downtown campus, one of my universities two campus' the Jesuits shut down a few blocks just off Michigan where our campus is to have a block party. The do it every year. Just saying. We did it first Oprah. Who's the mighty one now?

Leatha!

I want a leather jacket so bad it kind of physically hurts. I just have to be willing to bite the bullet and buy one. I think I could really pull it off in some instances.

Put one on my boyfriend Shia and holy cow, you better be careful! And he's brooding. Courtney hates the brooding. I love the brooding! Only on Shia though. In real life brooding is such a turn off.

He can pull it off though, you have to give him that. He can pull most things off. And you don't have any movie crews writing angry letter about him on their websites *cough* Megan Fox *cough*

Ryan Kwanten. Now playing Jason Stackhouse on the mega-hit "True Blood" but does no one remember his role on a another hit, at least in my heart "Summerland."

Lori Loughlin and Jesse McCartney both starring. Zac Efron guest stars in a bunch of episodes. Come on! He played the cool roommate who tries so hard to be a good role model but kind of drops the ball, all the time. It was endearing really. Of course my title is his best line from the entire series. I'm going to start using it. With the grammatical mistake.

I miss that kind of trashy television. Why is it out of style now. I love intelligent entertainment but I also love mindless drama. That's the best kind of drama.

I Would Never Hope for a Divorce...But

I really do not like Jennifer Connelly. Not that I really know her but everything she's acted in I have not liked her. I suppose you're not supposed to like her very much. She is pretty. But she seems like a nagger.

Recently I read about how she had a breast reduction and it made a big difference! I was real jealous. I don't think that I would ever go that far but it would be nice to be just a cup size smaller.

The real reason I am writing about her though is that I love Paul Bettany, and he is married to her. I wasn't planning on liking her t all, but since I love him and trust him I have to like her. I hate it when that happens.

Travel in My Hood

So this is my second blog today about SJP. I don't know why I am loving her so much this week but apparently she can do no wrong.

Even off the set she looks great. This is the outfit that I want to take my kids to school in. I want to be the cool mom. All of my friends would be surprised by this fashion choice, but I don't mind it.

Also, her son has gotten so old. Right? I feel like he was just born. And now he's off to school. So cute!

Whip What Exactly?

This is a dream come true. Drew Barrymore and Ellen page are featured in Marie Claire Magazine speaking about there new movie "Whip It" and I am obsessed with the both of them.

I love Drew Barrymore, I've mentioned this a couple of times before but I just adore her. She has been through everything a "star" can go through way before anyone should. Rehab before you're a teenager is never a good thing. But she turned her life around. Completely around. I just love the way she handles herself. She is poised and making great desicions and is very well respected in Hollywood. Not to mention "Never Been Kissed" is one of my favorite movies.

Ellen Page is perfect. They are both flawless and I am not surprised that these two ended up working together. They

are picky. Picky is a good thing for an actress. She doesn't take every part. And while the majority of her movies are quirky and funny and heart-warming, she's a brilliant actress and I will be seeing this movie for sure!

Pacey No More

Joshua Jackson is on my list. He is top three material. I have always love him ever since "The Mighty Ducks" which is still one of my favorite movies. "Goldberg!!" Gets me every time.

His show, "Fringe" is perfect for him now. And of course I love that he's dating Diane Kruger because she is talented and beautiful. He is on the cover of Entertainment Weekly talking about his show and he is just so adorable I can't quite think right now.

"This [show] as been the total opposite of my 'Dawson's Creek' experience. 'Fringe' has taken a while to percolate in the pop culture."

Ace!

I love tennis. I love love love it! I have grown up around tennis among other sports and whenever there is a tournament it is always on in my house.

The newest tennis star is Melanie Oudin and I absolutely love her. I mean look at her, she is so cute (I want her jeans). It has been a long time since I have had a favorite women's tennis player. I mean mens is simple, Roger. Roger is wonderful and I am sure Rafa is also worthy of my praise but Roger will always be the one. The current one really. Over all I would take Andre Agassi any day of the week. But I digress.

Melanie Oudin has captured the hearts of tennis watchers. That is a feat. You have to be good to be loved by those who appreciate tennis. I love her. I would always wish to see her beat Sharapova. Hate her.

Sometimes fashion taste runs on the border of good or bad. To be honest, I dig this outfit! I do not like 80's style because it's so done up. If you know mw you know my taste is simplistic, and it works for me.

This however, and any look really can be lulled off by the wonderful Sarah Jessica Parker. I only like her on Sex and the City and I disagree with everyone who thinks she's so hideous.

Not to mention, I love Matthew Broderick. I mean he might be gay, but he's also wonderful.

Too Many Bumbs

Ellen Pompeo must be about to give birth. There is no way she is far from it. She's a cute pregnant woman, she really is, but the belly-button is freaking me out.

I am not nit-picking, I am just saying that in this picture and perhaps it's the dress, the belly-button looks terrifying.

My good friend Emily (the one who loves purple) has a fear of belly-buttons which I didn't understand until now...She was so right
